Review the account opening, account maintenance, and move money paperwork and enter the customer details based on the procedures defined in standard operating procedures
Perform quality checks on the data captured in the client platform and ensure the highest standard of accuracy
Process application forms based on the priority defined by the client
Identifying the customer request and indexing the same to the appropriate department
Handling the task assigned and providing resolutions within the timeliness
Meeting all defined targets like productivity, accuracy, product knowledge, and schedule adherence
Skills
Educational qualification – Bachelors/Post Graduate degree aggregate of 70%. Preferably B com, BBM, BCA, BBA, and MBA
Good Knowledge of Capital markets such as shares, key players in the IB world, Trade dates, etc.
Must be able to type at 30 WPM with 95% accuracy (as per test results on typing software)
Must be professional and courteous in all interactions with clients and staff
Must have basic skills in usage of MS Word and MS Excel
Must have strong interpersonal, excellent communication (write & speak) skills (comprehend and action written customer requests) with a desire to work in a Back-Office Operations environment
Must be able to multi-task and be adaptable to change
Must be able to meet department expectations, handle repetitive work, and work overtime as required
Must be able to sit for long periods while entering data or performing other sedentary duties
Stand for periods during meetings and/or other group events
Willingness to work in flexible shifts
