Muncho is an exciting new food-tech startup based out of Bangalore and Singapore. It empowers F&B partners with a QR dining platform, enabling the fastest and most functional ordering platform for restaurants, cafes and pubs. Additionally, Muncho is leading the revolution to make dining a social experience where people can see where their friends are dining, send gifts in the form of food/drinks to them, gain loyalty benefits at their favourite spots and more.

Roles and responsibilities 

  • Identifying prospective clients
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
  • Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings
  • Formulating growth strategies and implementation techniques for business growth

Required Skills

  • A proven track record in sales/customer service is a plus
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in at least 1 language. The more, the better.
  • Time management and planning skills
  • The candidate must be tenacious and able to handle the stress/rejection that comes with Sales.
