Your role

As a part of the role,

• Control and manage all walking at the branch
• Understand the customer need and accordingly route to the right staff
• In case the staff is occupied, have the customer seated and ensure they are made comfortable
• Make the best use of the time and speak to the customers waiting and explain to them other products available.
• Identify the need and upsell products such as Home loans, Personal loans, vehicle loans, insurance, etc.
• Enter all leads in CBS and constant follow-up until closures
