Summary

myHQ is looking for enthusiastic UX Design interns to join our product team. You will be working closely with user-research and engineering teams to build & design interfaces that deliver an intuitive user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the product you design from start to finish.
• Designing graphic elements
• Create wire-frames, beautiful mock-ups, and rapid prototypes, and help implement your designs to pixel perfection.
• Work closely with the Engineering, Product, and Marketing team.

• Ability to produce functional prototypes.
• Understanding and empathy towards users.
• Humour, humility, and curiosity
• Expertise in using tools like Sketch, Invision, Figma

What’s the interview process like?

The interview process consists of 2 technical rounds discussing your Portfolio and previous work

1. The design process, user understanding and
2. Product/design critique. Sometimes (depending on your portfolio)

There may be an optional short design assignment involved. This is followed by a 30 min cultural fitment round. In the interview, we try to understand your skills in visual design skills, UX design and product thinking.

Can I expect a full-time offer after the completion of the internship?

Yes. Based on your internship performance, we extend full time offers.

What is the duration of the internship?

We prefer the internship to be 4-6 months long. We feel that any duration lower than this it is difficult for you to develop an understanding of the users, and product and get feedback on your designs.
