Roles And Responsibilities
- Ability to conceptualize design ideas based on market opportunities & customer needs with real-time and futuristic trend analysis & forecasting abilities
- In-depth understanding of technical aspects of product development – Fabrics, patterns, trends, styling, and construction, etc. - in Athleisure, Sportswear & Active Outdoor Apparel
- Creating sketches based on seasonal concepts and rendering the same with appropriate color/prints
- Maintaining line sheets for seasonal range plans
- Responsible for creating detailed tech packs that illustrate design and construction details with high accuracy
- Collaborate with Buying and Sourcing teams for effective design development
- Conduct fitting sessions in collaboration with the Tech team
- Fabric/print/surface design follow up and approvals
- Execute timely on seasonal calendar deadlines
- Contributing well-researched ideas to support catalog and marketing for the brand.
Qualifications & Experience
- Min 2 years+ of experience relevant experience and Grad/Post-grad from NIFT/FMS
- Demonstrates high-level aesthetics and creative ability
- Well rounded experience in the Kidswear design (Boys) category.
- Strong organizational skills and highly detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills - verbal. written and visual
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and engage with senior leadership
- High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
