We are looking for a Social Media Designer, though the candidate will primarily work on the social media creatives but will get opportunities to work on other verticals namely emailers and events if and when required. The ideal candidate will be someone who has a unique understanding of fashion sensibility in terms of designing and can think of out-of-the-box ideas and can quickly turn them around in clutter-breaking creatives. Good communication skills and the ability to illustrate are a plus.
• Understand creative briefs and generate unique ideas
• Act as an active contributor to brainstorming discussion
• Thinking of interesting clutter-breaking ideas and their execution
• Must have the ability to ideate, evolve content and refer to relevant design touch-points
• Ideation and execution of the design
• Work towards doing things differently with available guidance for various brands & themes
• Ownership of all projects assigned
• Ability to deliver work as per timeline requirement
• Act upon feedback and make necessary changes that meet the brief
• Explore a variety of techniques and evolve solutions that lead to improvement in consumer impact
Qualifications & Experience
• Candidates from NID/NIFT
• Prior experience in digital communication at creative agencies, online-first brands, e-commerce
industry
• Well versed in basic graphic design software - Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects etc.
