About this opportunity
The incumbent will be supporting CHRO in day-to-day task management and work across COE to prioritize, maintain various interventions, and in driving the HR Plan and execution of all people practices.
Responsibilities
- Calendar and travel management.
- Maintaining and sending MOMs.
- Following up with respective stakeholders on actionable and preparing the report before the next meeting.
- Program Manage critical projects - following up with respective stakeholders, monitoring & reporting.
- Operational tasks - data management, basic analysis, and preparing presentations.
Experience & Qualification
- MBA from tier II institute, 1 - 4 years experience in consulting, HR, or EA role.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint.
