The Customer Experience team represents the voice of Myntra’s customers. This team has an enterprise-wide vision and works with all functions (Supply Chain, Category, Technology, Contact Center, Marketing & Revenue, Operations, cataloging, etc.) To improve customer service, quality, fit, aesthetics, and terms-of fashion & product requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Systematically evaluate and audit the various aspects of finished garments to improve product quality and experience.
- Review style level detailing across, woven, knitted, denim, and non-denim fabric
- Work closely with category and respected teams and focus on the growth of quality in fashion
- Should have an eye for fit details. Also, have the ability to come up with the solution/suggestion for improvement of fit and product experience
- Undertake initiatives to enhance product quality, in sync with the data analysis team
- Ensure the audit findings and consumer feedback be shared with the respective stakeholders periodically.
- Order samples & manage QA account and maintain records for ordered samples
- Should have knowledge of garment testing standards and garment manufacturing quality sop
- Conduct sample inspection confirms the quality of the product and maintains a detailed defect report to discuss with business partners
- Give real-time feedback to respective departments to minimize loss of quality.
Qualifications & Experience
- B-Tech/ Diploma in textile technology with 2 years experience in Garment Manufacturing & QA functions
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Very high bias for action
- Team player and an excellent collaborator.
