FacultyMentors

The list of faculty mentors from the various departments at NITT is available on the institution's website. The prospective candidates may select a faculty mentor depending on the match of their interests and the faculty mentor. At NITT, the faculty mentor will interact with the undergraduate students. The scope of training and several contact hours can be decided with mutual consent of NITT and the undergraduate student depending upon the nature of the work.

Training & development

National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli (NITT) is inviting undergraduate students from various Colleges, Institutes, and Universities to pursue internships under the guidance of a faculty mentor of NITT. The undergraduate students will get an opportunity to interact with the NITT faculty mentor. The program is beneficial for students who are doing their under graduation.

Compensation & benefits

Accommodation: Based on the availability in the Boys and Girls Hostel accommodation will be provided to the selected candidates and it will be based on the First come first serve basis.

Career progression

A Certificate will be issued by the respective Department Faculty Mentor on the successful completion of the internship for the undergraduate students and submission of the report to the Associate Dean (R&C)-Industry and outreach through the faculty mentor of NITT.
