Your role

Operations Support Interns observe user pain points and interactions with the product, guiding them for optimal usage. They provide data to the product team for improvements, track usage patterns, and make recommendations to enhance user experience. They also facilitate connections between demand-side users and supply-side service providers on the Nbyula platform.

What will you do and learn:

  • Research and identify users for the Nbyula platform. This includes users on the demand side, like aspiring international studies students, alumni, international professionals, etc.
  • Identify the most efficient and effective channels for reaching out to the users.
  • Identify and collate data sources related to international study programs, scholarships, and allied services websites
  • Use internal and external tools to refine the quality and size of the database.
  • Assist with application filing and documentation, and identify opportunities for automation of the most effort-consuming paths, hence reducing the effort in the product operations.
  • Converse with the users to smoothen their application process and gather insights regarding their concerns.
  • Engage the users through Nbyula and social media communities.
  • Manage all the various tasks efficiently and effectively using the tools and technology offered by the company. This includes project management, conversation management, data analysis, document sharing, collaboration tools, scheduling and meeting tools, etc.

About you

Skills that will help you succeed in this role:

  • 0-2 years of experience in B2B/B2C operations domain
  • Experience with user/client onboarding and engagement
  • Pro in searching and collating information through online tools
  • Spoken and written English proficiency
  • Extremely numbers and objectives-driven person who can deliver set monthly/quarterly targets
  • Should be present and active on social media platforms (LinkedIn/Instagram/Facebook/Twitter, etc)
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Highly energetic and passionate about product operations and process optimization
