Designer UX-UI null

Job Description: 

• 1- 2 years experience
• We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to make easy-to-use products for our clients. Your responsibilities would include gathering user requirements and delivering seamless web/mobile design with UI/UX best practices and principles using design software and wireframe tools. 

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or relevant diplomas/ graduation in design/ visual communication
• Additional technical qualifications, courses or certifications relevant to to UI-UX

Technical Skills

• You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically XD, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)
• Working knowledge in other design tools like figma and Sketch
• Understanding of fundamental principles of UX
• Ability to define a design language and implement style guide
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)

Desirable Skills 

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer through employment or freelancing capacity
• Knowledge and experience in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
• Illustration skills would be a strong asset

What you will do

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the application will function and look like with wireframes and prototypes
• Build design components including icon sets
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
• Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience
• Flexible to start working from our Build office when applicable 
• Work from client’s location if required/ willingness to travel
