MBA or an equivalent from a reputed college / university.

What you will do
Receive training and work in several departments such as Strategic Growth, Finance, Marketing and Digital Communication, Technology and others.
Provide support as needed including reporting, data-entry, presentation creation, research, facilitate and maintain training schedules, and others.
Aid in the process of developing and instituting policies, performance goals and objectives.
Participating in all aspects of the hiring process, including campus drives, interviewing, hiring and then onboarding/ training new employees.
Actively engage in the rotational schedule and meet and exceed department learning objectives in an effective, efficient manner.
Learn about the core of the business - Technology - an awareness about the various projects, clients and technology stacks. Understand the softer aspects of the client engagement like bridging the cultural gaps and diversity in communication styles. Become an intrinsic part of the client engagement team.
Participate in multiple leadership development courses throughout the training program.
Should be able to work from our Build office in Chennai.
