- Responsible for generating the leads using LinkedIn.
- Building relationships with the potential Mentors / Instructors for acquiring them.
- Acting as the bridge between the Potential hires and the Expert Acquisition team.
- Responsible for initial screening call, resume evaluation and Interview scheduling.
- Should be able to pitch NS and communicate well to potential Mentors/Instructors.
Requirements
- Has a tremendous sense of ownership.
- Bias for action and ready to get hands dirty. Ability to work across different teams.
- Has the ability to break down big problems into smaller chunks.
- Has analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities.
- Always ready to push the boundaries.
- Comfortable with making Cold Calls.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (Spoken & Written).
- Basic Excel Skills.
