Job Description

Candidates in this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage LinkedIn, email, and telephonic communication with prospective leads
  • Manage pre-sales operations and match the client requirements with the students (Software developers) that Newton School trains for their placement.
  • You will drive business by acquiring new corporate clients and maintaining relations with them.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Ability to gather and use data to inform decision-making and persuade others.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competition.
  • Should have/be willing to create a wide networking base across budding and established Tech-based organizations for Business Development.
  • Ability to gather and use data to inform decision-making and persuade others.

Requirements

  • Professional proficiency in the English language
  • Demonstrable track record of high achievement
  • Experience in CRM systems
  • Highly motivated & self-driven individual with enthusiasm to learn and pursue a career in sales Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Someone who has done a couple of Internships and has a tremendous sense of ownership. Bias for action and ready to get hands dirty.
  • Ability to work across different teams.
  • Has the ability to break down big problems into smaller chunks.
  • Has analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities.
  • Always ready to push the boundaries
