Your role

As a Business Development Intern in their B2B team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the organization by identifying and pursuing opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with businesses. You will work closely with the B2B sales team to expand their reach, build relationships, and drive revenue growth in the corporate sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential business partners, industries, and market segments for the B2B solutions.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to target and engage prospective clients.
  • Support the B2B sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and outreach activities.
  • Assist in creating compelling sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer success to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Provide administrative support to the B2B team as needed, including scheduling meetings, maintaining CRM databases, and preparing reports.

The 3-month paid internship provides interns with customized training and development initiatives aimed at strengthening their technical proficiency, problem-solving aptitude, and industry acumen. By participating in hands-on projects, mentorship sessions, and engaging workshops, interns acquire practical expertise and invaluable perspectives to excel in their positions and make meaningful contributions to the organization.

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 
  • Strong interest in business development, sales, and entrepreneurship.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and solve problems.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous internship or work experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is desirable but not required.
