Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Write engaging and creative content for the social media channels, including posts, stories, and videos.
  • Social Media Management: Schedule and publish content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, suggesting improvements.
  • Community Engagement: Respond to comments and messages, fostering a positive community and addressing queries.
  • Day-to-day Operations: Handle daily tasks related to content operations, ensuring all content is properly organized, scheduled, and executed.
  • Research: Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices, incorporating them into their strategy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing goals.

About you

Education

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Skills

  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.).
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Some understanding of graphic design is appreciated.
