Job Description

The individual in this role is responsible for supporting a student through his/her journey as a student at Newton School. The ultimate goal is to provide a positive experience and enhance relations with students. Please note that this job requires the candidate to work from our office in Bangalore. WFH is not allowed.

Responsibilities

• Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner (VOICE PROCESS)
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Keep records of student interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree
• Experience in customer support is preferable
• Max salary of 3.6Lpa (gross), basis your previous/current salary, management retains final right to decide
• Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
