Your role

Responsibilities:

• Create and communicate SOPs - and reports for processes in the domain.
• Do the Quality check of the expected deliverable from Mentors/Instructors and Mock Interviewers.
• Establish relationships with full-time and part-time Instructors/Mentors and Mock interviews across the country.
• Scheduling and management of training with Experts.
• Establish regular feedback cycles for all the associated stakeholders

Requirements:

• Available for an in-office internship in Bangalore
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent communication skills (Spoken and Written).
• Willing to make calls and be responsible for communication as and when necessary
