Your role

As part of the role,

Responsibilities:

• Explore potential partnerships with Universities, Affiliates, Brands and Agencies, and structure partnership agreements to drive user acquisition, traffic, and brand awareness; and initiate conversations with relevant stakeholders
• Run E-mail, LinkedIn, and OutBound marketing campaigns to establish university and partner connects
• Maintain daily trackers and report progress on various partnerships and alliances
• Ideate and work on new initiatives, ad solutions, formats and business models that can ensure scalability leading to incremental revenue

Skills:

• Good Communication & Negotiation skills;
• Having strong relations with stakeholders will be a plus
• Candidate should be able to navigate through ambiguity as the partnerships & new initiatives role will be fluid and bring out several opportunities
• Display humility, willingness to listen and excitement to learn
• Stakeholder Management - Strong in building internal & external business relationships in a partnership setting
• Ability to identify business issues and find innovative solutions
• Highly goal-oriented, assertive, and a hands-on problem solver
• Experience in partnerships, project management & complex operations, and stakeholder management in corporate, social enterprises, consulting firms or global foundations would act as a plus point (Good to Have)
