Responsibilities

• Drive user research insights: Conduct thorough user research, including surveys, interviews, and data analysis, to understand student behaviour, preferences, and pain points.
• Use data to drive decisions: Track and analyse data to find patterns, improve their marketing strategies, and make informed decisions. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or Tableau is a bonus.
• Work with marketing tools: Use tools like CleverTap, Mixpanel, HubSpot, or other email and WhatsApp marketing platforms to build, monitor, and improve marketing campaigns.
• Craft compelling stories: Work with the Marketing team to create messages that connect with their audience. Write engaging content that showcases their unique learning experience.
• Excel in copywriting: Write clear, persuasive content for different channels, including web pages, emails, and social media, while staying true to their brand voice.
• Make an impact: Your work will directly affect thousands of students. Turn insights into actions that create meaningful change.
