Your role

They are looking for a collaborative individual with a get-things-done mindset who can take their student experience to new heights. The ideal candidate is collaborative, process & data-driven, good at stakeholder management, and passionate about customer success. He/ She should be proficient in building out new processes and procedures that make their business run smoother, quicker, and smarter while thriving in a complex environment.

Responsibilities:

• Talking to students(users), team members, and various stakeholders to derive insights, feedback, and learnings.
• Identifying and setting up analytics on the right data. Analyze it to deliver actionable insights.
• Understanding the student behavior and gathering insights to suggest improvements in the product.
• Define the key metrics of different functions and make sure they are being completed as per the set targets.
• Talking to different companies to understand the hiring and interview process and setting up an internal process and product to enable the same.
