Job Description - Ad Intel the US

Research, verify and maintain Ad Intel reference data (brand definitions, corresponding parent company information, and product category assignments) according to established guidelines and procedures. Harmonize unmapped vendor data to Ad Intel brands using established business rules, timelines, and procedures. Recommend changes to business rules and updates as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Research and maintain new brands and parent companies added through the harmonization process according to established guidelines.
  • Harmonize unmapped vendor data descriptions and creatives to Ad Intel reference data using established guidelines.
  • Identify valid new brand records to the flag for additional research.
  • Maintain the integrity of the Ad Intel database through special projects
  • Effectively research problem areas found in the database through daily maintenance procedures.
  • Interact with Ad Intel Education department to provide input regarding specific advertising and guideline recommendations.
  • Role focuses 90% on digital advertising brands; the remaining time is spent on other media.

Role Requirements

  • Must speak and write American English.
  • Must have good interpretation and transcription skills.
  • Must have basic computer skills.
  • Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to meet expected benchmarks/KPIs for quality and output.
  • Must have creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have solid multi-tasking skills and be able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Must be analytical and detail-oriented, with independent decision-making abilities.
  • Must have strong organizational skills.
  • Must respond well to feedback.
  • Must be proficient in spreadsheet software (Google Sheets).
  • Experience working in a production environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of - and Interest in - American culture and advertising is a plus.
