Key responsibilities include

  • Receive and check TV Listings/program information from broadcaster schedule data with
  • Gracenote local data management system (CMS)
  • Reports discrepancy in TV Listings/Program to the concerned team
  • Running quality check reports over databases as required
  • Research and linking of inbound programs to internal databases
  • Validation of database information and authenticity of program information.
  • Completion of assigned work against specific daily or weekly deadlines for self and support of the team
  • Self-manage KPI goals on daily

Must have

  • Native speaker of the supported languages, English language skills also preferable for internal communication
  • Aptness for using Excel and computer software, content management systems, and databases
  • Strong working knowledge of content standards and procedures or ability to learn it.
  • Interest in and working knowledge of the  TV industry, Sports is preferable
  • Deep content research skills
  • Ready to work in rotational/late afternoon shift

Good to have

  • Well versed in advanced MS Excel (Knowledge of Vlookup, Pivot, and Shortcut keys)
  • Quality-focused individual with a high level of attention

  • Able to work in a self-directed and fast-paced environment
