About the job

We are actively searching for Quality Process Manager, focused on improving and standardizing the quality processes supporting our Video metadata teams. The position is responsible for leading key strategic quality initiatives and implementing end-to-end process solutions by leveraging process redesign, automation & effective manual quality controls, ultimately leading to increased client satisfaction. This associate is also accountable for governing quality processes globally to ensure there is consistency across our operational teams.

Responsibilities

  • Submit project status reports and other project information to key stakeholders regularly and as requested.
  • Partner with operational teams to understand the impact of planned changes and how it affects their respective business unit and employee change management.
  • Define user requirements and specifications of new applications and changes to existing applications to meet quality needs.
  • Ensure new application functionalities enable Global Content Operations teams to execute with quality.
  • Ensure that new user functionality/process documentation is created; manage development and implementation of UAT test cases, user training, and deployment process as needed.
  • Understand client experience and work across Global Content Operations to identify and prioritize quality needs.
  • Work with necessary teams to capture business requirements and assess value.
  • Work across stakeholders, as assigned, to shepherd requests throughout the entire development and implementation process, ensuring quality needs are met. 
  • Identification and execution of KPIs and control mechanisms for new products and tool enhancements.
  • Process documentation/SOPs for new functionality/quality program.

Qualifications

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collect, harmonize and evaluate business requirements without prior exposure to systems and processes.
  • Capable of leading and facilitating meetings and of turning documentation into a compelling and persuasive presentation.
  • Demonstrated program management skills & experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective relationships with other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills - able to communicate the information with clarity and precision.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Capable of driving a team to a consensus on the cost/benefit of a proposed investment.
