As a Data Processor, you’ll be responsible for driving quality data entries into our HRIS in a timely manner, whilst also supporting the localized administration of people needs and, in some cases, payroll processes. You will support a region (or sub-region) and ensure all HRIS data is updated, accurate, and live into production by accessing the HRIS directly to action any requested changes. In essence, you are the implementer of all employee data changes; you build the data foundation that our HR team relies on to action our people and business strategy.
