Job Description

Our NielsenIQ People Solutions team is revolutionizing our systems and processes through technology, data, and automation. We are passionate about data and the way it can be used to analyze and enhance our people organization. 

As a Data Processor, you’ll be responsible for driving quality data entries into our HRIS in a timely manner, whilst also supporting the localized administration of people needs and, in some cases, payroll processes. You will support a region (or sub-region) and ensure all HRIS data is updated, accurate, and live into production by accessing the HRIS directly to action any requested changes. In essence, you are the implementer of all employee data changes; you build the data foundation that our HR team relies on to action our people and business strategy. 

What you’ll do 

  • Process and review large amounts of data via data request changes (submission tickets) into production for a region or sub-region in a timely manner  
  • Process both individual data requests and mass change requests 
  • Verify data accuracy and update ticket resolution once changes are productionalized 
  • Create, on behalf of the HRBP requestor, any local administrative paperwork as required, such as employment contracts, letters, work verification documents, exit agreements, etc. 

Qualifications

  • Data-oriented people who are passionate about data and data quality 
  • Strong organization skills with a high degree of attention to detail 
  • Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously 
  • Puts confidentiality at the forefront: understands data privacy and can work within sensitive data 
  • Strong technical ability within an HRIS system and high comfort level in data entry and reporting 
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface across cross-functional and cross-country teams and the business
