We’re looking for a passionate, creative Employer Branding Intern who is ready to take the next step in their career, supporting with bringing our employer brand to life. This unique opportunity has you at the center of our business. You'll join NielsenIQ’s newly-formed Employer Branding function. Together, we are responsible for bringing our employer value proposition to life across our candidate journey and employee lifecycle, positioning NielsenIQ as a top employer globally.
You’ll work across many disciplines—social, creative, talent acquisition, DEI, thought leadership, and internal communications—to infuse our EVP and brand story across our various touchpoints. You’ll have ample opportunities to flex your creative writing for social and digital copy, support our recruitment marketing efforts, maintain our brand presence on key platforms, and support recruitment marketing and brand awareness campaigns. You’ll also help our talent acquisition team and 30,000 associates tell NielsenIQ’s story by collaborating, directly and indirectly, to infuse a consistent brand strategy across all touchpoints. Responsibilities
- Sourcing and curating content to bring our employer value proposition to life across the candidate journey, especially social media
- Maintaining brand consistency across internal and external touchpoints
- Answering reviews on Glassdoor and Indeed, reporting on key insights
- Maintaining static employer brand content on job boards
- Sharing content with the talent acquisition teams to distribute via email and other communication touchpoints to candidates
- Updating marketing collateral to support the talent acquisition team
- Ongoing brand communication for internal stakeholders
- Maintaining content updated on the career site and reporting on analytics
Qualifications
- You have a passion for employer branding and recruitment marketing, and an understanding of the value of this function at a company
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, or related major
- You are fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- You have a passion for developing compelling content
- You have the ability to build and nurture strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- You know the right times for collaboration, creativity, and execution
- You are self-motivated, attentive to detail, and take initiative
- Your organizational skills make things easier on your teammates, avoid stressful deadlines, and help you shift seamlessly from one task to the next
- You know how to balance time for taking care of yourself and taking care of your company and team
