About This Job
As Training Developer you will be responsible for designing, developing, managing, organizing and conducting technical workshops, and evaluation of workshop effectiveness.
We expect you to successfully instruct and direct trainees and staff in new methodologies, acting as the guide toward improving company standards and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for development and delivery of training materials on company products, processes and technologies so as to ensure that team members develop, maintain, and increase their own technical and/or process knowledge [length, agenda, delivery approach, prerequisite]
- Provides orientation and training on new course material (including delivering certain training)
- Curate the content on an ongoing basis to maintain the offer relevant and fresh
- Analyzes course evaluations in order to judge the effectiveness of training sessions and to implement suggestions for improvements.
- Interpret data to judge progress and cost-effectiveness
- Help the Tech Competency Leader to evaluate external learning provider's offers
A Little Bit About You
- Proven experience as a Tech expert (2 yrs) willing to learn training skills
- Or proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate) willing to learn tech skills
- Fluent English knowledge
- Technical Skills [NIQ solutions or tools and platforms]
- Besides proficiency with Microsoft Office well-versed in the various learning management system (LMS) software available.

Qualifications
- Degree at the university level, preferable in technical/educational related area
- Train The Trainer Certification is a plus
