Job role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to onboard all the diamond suppliers from Surat. We are experiencing a strong period of growth creating the opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Supplier Management Team. This position will be working closely with the IT team to ensure the supplier's stocks are up online on Nivoda. 

Responsibilities

  • Meeting and calling all the diamond suppliers in Surat to register them on Nivoda
  • The end goal is to onboard all the suppliers from the Surat
  • Working closely with the Nivoda tech team and the suppliers to get their stock live
  • Help the suppliers with their queries
  • Achieve the target rate of onboarding
  • Build the relationship with the diamond suppliers in Surat
  • Make sure all the suppliers are on our terms
  • Bringing back the old suppliers on Nivoda terms

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer focus and result oriented
  • Fast learner, Driven individual
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (eg: inbound, outbound, field sales)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Fluency in MS Excel.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Gets work done, follows through on tasks
  • Speaks Gujarati
