Purchase Analyst - US Shift null

Nivoda is looking for a Purchase Analyst  to work for its India office, buying diamonds from India and Hong Kong for our global customers.

Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Make sure all customer requests for information related to diamonds on our platform get fulfilled in a timely fashion, in accordance with quality preferences of customers
• Negotiate on prices of diamonds with suppliers as and when required
• Get answers for enquiries from customers
• Communicate with suppliers through the Nivoda platform
• Work closely with India Ops and Customer Relationship teams to interact with customers in case of a quality issue
• Interact with customers and our Customer Relationship team to discuss availability of diamonds and relay quality questions to suppliers
• Work closely with our Supplier Relationships team to maintain positive relationships with all suppliers
• Work closely with our Supplier Relationships team to make sure all suppliers are using the Nivoda platform to communicate and reply to incoming enquiries and orders
• Manage and Request suppliers for all Diamond Holds requested by customers
• Find replacement stones for sold out stones for our customers

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English
• 0-2 years of work experience in any sector (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
• Graduate from Top Tier College in any stream with good scores
• Comfortable with MS Office -Word/Excel
• Knowledge of Gujarati is a major plus
• Based near BKC, Mumbai is a major plus
