Your role

NLC is offering 12 months of Apprentice training in the following areas:

• Trade Apprenticeship Training (ITI Passed Candidates)  - 736 vacancies 
• Non-Engineering Graduate Apprentice Training  - 141 vacancies 

Training, & development 

The learning and Development Centre is in the job of fulfilling the Training needs of all Categories of Employees and developing their Skills, Knowledge, and Attitude. TRAINING adding VALUE to LIFE is the mantra for development and indeed the growth of the individual and the organization to which he belongs. The enrichment of the individual is achieved through the following objectives:

• Continual Improvement of the Training Practices using the Skills and Technology to excel in this Competitive World.
• To effectively utilize the In-house Competency of Human Potential
• To achieve Human Excellence through effective Training Practices.
• To maintain, Review, and Update ISO 9001-2008 Quality Management System standard requirements.

Salary 

The monthly stipend offered for

• Trade Apprenticeship Training (ITI Passed Candidates)  - INR 8,766 to 10,019 per month
• Non-Engineering graduates Apprentices - INR 12,524 per month.

This Apprenticeship training will give you basic training ( theoretical instructions ) and practical on-the-job training at the actual workplace.

About You

The requirements for the position are as follows:

Trade Apprenticeship Training (ITI Passed Candidates)

• Candidates who have passed their ITI from the recognized board/institution.

Non-Engineering graduates Apprentices

• Graduate who passed out from 2019 to 2023 in the following disciplines BBA, BCA, B.Com, B.Sc Computer science, Bsc. Geology.

Other requirements

• The applicants should be 18 to 35 years of age.
• Candidates should not have undergone or presently undergoing Apprenticeship Training in NLCIL or elsewhere.
• Candidates from Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry can only apply.
