NoBroker is a one-stop-shop for the entire real estate transaction journey ranging from the rental, sale, or resale to post-transaction services like loans, packers and movers, legal documentation, online rent payment, interiors, etc. NoBroker recently launched its operations in Delhi-NCR in November 2019 and currently operates across six cities including Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Delhi-NCR.

NoBroker had acquired society management and ERP solutions company Society Connect in an all-cash deal in February 2020 to strengthen their Visitor and Society Management app NoBrokerHood, making it a single app that any society would need.

About The Position

We are looking for a creative animator to join our team! You will be responsible for bringing our designs to life, which makes your role extremely important for our success and customer delight.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement animation and interaction opportunities during the design brainstorming
• Optimize existing user interface designs
• Animate for an intuitive experience
• Understand the business problems and work closely with the UX team and take lead in enhancing the motion and interaction responses
• Working closely with product, business, and design teams to improve the overall user experience.

We are looking for

• Someone with 0-2 years of experience who enjoys solving complex challenges through simple animations and visual delight
• An ability to think from first animation principles and minor details matter to you
• Every time you visit a website or an app, you notice the tiniest details about its interface and experience and think of how it could have been designed better
• You have an impeccable design sense backed by an impressive portfolio
• Understand business requirements, design flow, and align motion graphics in sync.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Animator/ Motion graphics designer or similar role
• A design portfolio
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Ability to discuss and explain design options and user pain point driven
• Knowledge of Adobe after-effects, toon boom, Cinema 4D/ Maya, Adobe illustrator, and Lottie
