Key Responsible Areas:
Recruitment :
- Screening the resumes & performing in person / telephonic interview with candidates.
- Coordinating interview with the Hiring Managers.
- Recruitment MIS functions.
Internship: Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end recruitment process
- HR internship immediate joiners will be preferred
- Sourcing Candidates through different Job portals,
- Thoroughly screening and validating the profiles according to client requirements.
- Scheduling interviews for relevant candidates and follow up till the date of joining.
Education :- Any Graduate or PGDM/MBA
