Your role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
QA team is the first Point of contact for the Global Shared System (Global Mail, Global AD, NTT Data Portals, and Global Network) issues for the regions (Services, APAC, EMEA, EVERIS, JAPAN, CHINA, EMEA, and BS) and maintaining a high level of customer support.
Will be working as a liaison for the ITM Team (Headquarters, Japan), regional IT teams, and Technical Support teams on various issues related to Global Shares Systems (AD, Email, Network, and SharePoint).
Collaborating with Central, Headquarters, and regional teams on incidents, maintenance, and change activities.
Monitor emails and acknowledge issues within the defined SLA
Ready to initiate an emergency meeting as per the request whenever required.
Tracking Remedy Tickets & Follow-Ups with the respective teams to make sure the request is addressed within the due date.
Ensure system availability and reliability of overall Global Shared systems all the time.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports
Managing the Change Maintenance Calendar.
Handling global Shared Systems Support Operations (24*7) Individually.

Preferable Skills:
ITIL Foundation certification preferable.
