This position entails receiving training while supporting the automation of engineering and non-engineering processes. It involves liaising with stakeholders from different functions, comprehending their processes, gathering requirements, and executing automation projects under close supervision.
Duties and responsibilities:
Essentials:
Need to perform the following activities under supervision.
Get trained on Knowledge-Based Engineering concepts and build understanding through assigned tasks and training.
Work as a knowledge-based engineer to gather and understand the requirements, perform feasibility, prepare an execution plan, and deliver the tasks within the estimated timeline.
Develop customized applications Microsoft Office desktop applications viz—Excel, Word, etc.
Develop Power BI Dashboards for data visualization and analysis, Power Apps for user interactions, and Power Automate flows for automating regular tasks on the Office 365 platform.
Follow the Software development life cycle process to deliver the projects.
Prepare work instructions, user manuals, or any other documents related to the job profile.
Provide post-production support as required.
Demonstrates a high level of initiative to accomplish individual objectives assigned as well as team goals.
Work towards individual goals aligned with department and organizational objectives.
Comply with organizational HR policies and procedures.
Understand and adhere to organizational HSE policies and practices.
This position has NO direct supervisory responsibilities.
