Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Interface and work with property tax and hazard insurance vendors to ensure all escrow functions are handled according to established policies and procedures.
- Perform property tax, hazard insurance, and escrow analysis research on escalated loan level issues/concerns received.
- Process escrow analysis functions related to property tax and hazard insurance.
- Review departmental control reporting to ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines related to property tax, hazard insurance, and escrow analysis.
- Perform reconciliations, control functions, and compile special projects where analysis of data is required.
- Perform a variety of basic clerical duties by following instructions and procedures.
- Assist Escrow administration Managers / Supervisors with updating and implementing internal controls and procedures as risks are identified.
- Work closely with department Managers / Supervisors to ensure all internal policies and procedures are updated to reflect compliance changes
