Job Description

• Junior Analyst with strong analysis, communication, and organizational skills
• Responsible for handling daily questions, escalations, and incidents from Servicing partners as it relates to Black Knight MSP and its related applications
• Perform administrative functions such as setting up Log Codes, Task Headers/Queues, Director Loan Indicators and Snapshots, FC/BK Steps/Templates, etc… per business requirements
• Distribute and track Advisories requiring action from business leaders
• Assist with the development of training initiatives to further business understanding of system functions

Job Function & Responsibilities

• Communicate in a clear, concise, and effective manner regarding problem resolution with Servicing and vendor partners
• Effective tracking and timely resolution for request tickets
• Support the team with process-related review, research and resolve any issues
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly routine processes assigned
• Perform loan level and system research, as needed
• Be able to take an existing Procedure/Job Aid and execute the process
• Perform workflow analysis to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost savings; Share solutions
• Interact with a staff of all levels of understanding
• Ability to quickly learn and support proprietary business applications
• Takes ownership for special projects assigned and reports current status to supervisor/manager on a frequent basis
• Participate in the maintenance of Black Knight's internal SharePoint site
• Other job duties, as assigned

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field such as Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology required
• Experience in Mortgage Servicing and Black Knight MSP platform preferred
• Experience in Information Technology or Business Information Solutions preferred
• Experience working in a production support environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.)

Work Schedule: 2 pm to 11 pm IST
