Your role

Key responsibilities:

• Travel and Logistics: Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for touring personnel, artists, and support staff, ensuring a smooth and cost-effective process.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings related to living touring projects, including internal team meetings and client/artist meetings. Prepare agendas, distribute minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Artist and Client Support: Assist the team in nurturing positive relationships with artists and clients. Provide effective communication, address their needs, and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.
• Event Coordination: Participate and assist in the logistical planning and execution of live events, including coordinating production, venue setup, and on-site support for artists and clients.
• Data Analysis: Gathering and maintaining data internally about live touring, such as ticket sales, market research, and audience demographics.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of all live touring activities, contracts, and financial transactions.
• Research and Innovation: Stay updated with global industry trends and innovations related to live touring and entertainment.
