Your role

Key responsibilities

• Research & Content Analysis: Dive deep into the content landscape, identify emerging trends, and generate insights that will support their pitches and development efforts.
• Content Tracking: Manage and update content trackers using Excel/Google Sheets to help organize and streamline the development process.
• Deck development & Designing: ⁠Design and create visually impactful decks/presentations using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote to support pitches and internal communications.
• Talent Research: Build a repository of talent, including actors, writers, and directors, to strengthen their network for future projects.
• Coordination & Management: Coordinate with external talent and assist in sourcing necessary materials for content evaluation. Maintain active communication with talent to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Content Knowledge: Stay well-versed with both foreign and Indian content across various platforms and audiences to support the team with relevant insights and recommendations.

About you

Skills and proficiency required

• Keen interest in content across various formats and platforms.
• ⁠Strong knowledge of both foreign and Indian content, with the ability to analyze trends and draw insights.
• ⁠Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data management and tracking.
• ⁠Strong skills in Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote for creating polished presentations.
• ⁠Excellent research and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• ⁠Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with external talent and team members.
• Strong coordination and management abilities to ensure smooth project execution.
