Your role

Purpose of the role

• Help OML discover exceptional talent and contribute to building a strong workforce that drives organizational success.

Key responsibilities:

• Helping OML build teams by assisting with the end-to-end talent acquisition process.
• Sourcing potential active and passive candidates through traditional job portals and newer mediums.
• Effectively screening candidates and evaluating them based on telephonic interviews.
• Coordinating and scheduling interview conversations.
• Sharing feedback with the respective hiring managers and closing the loop with all candidates.

About you

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Time management skills & ability to multi-task and wear multiple hats in an organization.
• Good with the basics of Excel, word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
