As part of India@75, ONGC Foundation is implementing projects for uplifting Handicrafts across many states of India such as Rajasthan, Assam, Uttarakhand, Jharkhand, Odisha, and Karnataka. The “Shilpvidya ki udaan ke sahyogi” Fellowship and Internship Program is providing a unique opportunity to young leaders across India to work to address some of the most pressing challenges, and experience what ‘making change happen’ looks like in the field of Handicrafts. The fellows and interns will work to make handicrafts a brand that can be taken up to the international market and support the organization in the actual fields. It is an opportunity for young enthusiastic and passionate students who are willing to work for society.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduated in and after 2020 can apply

Networking & Merchandising:

  • 02 Positions: 1-Delhi, 1-Mumbai
  • Master in Merchandising, M.Sc in Fashion and Textile Merchandising, MBA and/or Master in Fashion Technology and Management.

Coordinating Handicraft projects:

  • 03 Positions: 02-Delhi, 01-Mumbai
  • MBA in Rural Development/ MSW

Marketing & Designing

  • 01 Position - Delhi

Educational Qualification:

  • MBA/Masters in M.Des (Masters in Design) - Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Multimedia Design, New Media Design, Product Design, MFA (Master in Fine Arts) - Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Animation, Motion Graphics.

Desirable qualification

  1. Strategic analysis and analytic skills
  2. Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  3. Excellent writing and communication skills
