Your role
The Client/Customer Success Intern will play a crucial role in ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes and experience the full value of OpeninApp's services.
Key responsibilities
- Client Onboarding:
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and setup.
- Conduct welcome calls and product training sessions.
- Client Engagement:
- Proactively reach out to clients through cold calling, emails, and other communication channels to build strong relationships.
- Regularly check in with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional support and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each client's business goals and objectives.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling:
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services that align with clients' needs.
- Present and demonstrate the value of new features and upgrades to clients.
- Renewals and Retention:
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any risks of churn.
- Work towards achieving high renewal rates by ensuring clients realize the full value of their offerings.
- Performance Metrics:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client success, outreach efforts, and overall client satisfaction.
- Use data and insights to continuously improve the client success process.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.
- Share client feedback and insights with internal teams to drive product improvements and innovation.
