OpeninApp is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join the team as a Founder's Office Intern. Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support:
  • Assist in managing the founder's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the founder.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Project Coordination:
  • Collaborate with various departments to support ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate and track tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide research assistance to help inform decision-making.
• Event Planning:
  • Assist in planning and organizing events, meetings, and conferences involving the founder.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and guest invitations.
• Data Analysis:
  • Collect and analyze data to generate insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations based on data analysis.
• Research and Development:
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and provide relevant insights to the founder.
• Communication Liaison:
  • Act as a liaison between the founder and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, memos, and other written communication.
• Special Projects:
  • Work on special projects and initiatives as assigned by the founder.
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance OpeninApp's efficiency and effectiveness.
