Responsibilities

  • Team  Leadership:
    • Build, lead and inspire a high-performing sales team.
    • Establish clear goals, provide guidance and drive accountability to ensure the team achieves and exceeds sales targets.
  • Building Relationship:
    • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to enhance the brand's visibility.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Collect and analyze data to generate insights for strategic decision-making in sales.
    • Assist in preparing reports and presentations based on data analysis.
  • Sales Operations:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department, including forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
    • Implement and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Performance Analytics:
