Your role

Oracle India seeks an Accounting Support Specialist to assist with general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and inter-company transactions. Duties include typing, filing, data entry, invoice generation, and balancing records. The role involves responding to inquiries, auditing expenses, and supporting special projects with minimal judgment. Ideal for candidates with basic skills and 0-1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

Job duties may include:

• Typing, filing, verifying records, data entry, generating invoices and purchase orders, opening mail, simple data entry, basic journal entries, balancing A/R or A/P records, processing expense reports, and other administrative tasks.
• Researches and responds to internal or external inquiries, working closely with local subsidiaries' finance staff. 
• May audit expenses and payment requests against corporate policies. Assigned special projects as needed.
