The Team

The Oracle Demo Services team is committed to bringing Oracle’s solutions and values to life for our customers and partners to increase sales and adoption. We do this through innovative implementations and captivating narratives which enable our sales teams to deliver best-in-class demonstrations for our complete suite of cloud applications.

The Position

We are looking for a CRM/Customer Experience (CX) Applications Consultant to join our team and help build the customer sales demonstrations for Oracle CX applications. You have experience in CX SAAS Applications for Marketing and Sales Cloud. You are passionate about how technology can disrupt these, where every touchpoint places the customer at the center of everything. You also have a creative eye for user experience and a pulse on transformative technologies and solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with the team to help implement business solutions on our CX platform. This is a hands-on position responsible for implementing the solution, reporting, and troubleshooting design bugs and cross-platform deployment to support various concurrent projects.

The ideal candidate will also understand the value of storytelling and be able to craft narratives that showcase the usability and power of Oracle’s cloud suite. They will leverage existing business process script templates to generate and present outbound collateral for consumption within Oracle and to Oracle’s partners. Knowledge and Skills

Technical Expertise

  • Intermediate knowledge of cloud-based CRM/CX Implementation.
  • Entry-level knowledge of Web Services, Data Analytics
  • Hands-on capability for producing visually pleasing collateral such as Videos, Presentations, and Training materials
  • Knowledge of collaboration tools such as Jira, Slack, etc.

Education, Experience, and Professional Certifications

  • B.S. in Business/Marketing, Computer Science, System Engineering, Information Systems or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience working hands-on SAAS Enterprise Applications
  • CX certification like Oracle, Salesforce, or Dynamics
  • Cloud certifications are preferable
  • Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for commercial or end-user applications. Writes code completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.
  • As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform detailed design based on provided high-level design specifications. Assist in system planning, scheduling, and implementation. Build enhancements (including new product features) and resolve bugs.
  • Build and execute unit test and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Interact with QA and porting engineering about problems in the code.
  • Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes, and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes.
  • BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
  • 1 year of software engineering or related experience.
