OYO Rooms is looking for experienced Product Management professionals at various levels who can help design and build delightful products for our consumers, suppliers, and employees. He/she should be able to understand the needs of their users, identify the most impactful problems to be solved and be able to work with a team of designers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions for them. He/she must possess strong business acumen and analytical skills, technical inclination and can envision both the product as a whole as well as the little details.

Primary Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and product roadmap of a key area of business
- Be the voice of the user - Understand user needs and pain points through one on one interactions directly with users or other business stakeholders and through data analytics
- Prioritize - Identify the most impactful problems to solve and be able to estimate the business impact of solving them
- Solutioning - Identify the best ways to solve a problem using technology and design and articulate it clearly and in detail through product requirement documents
- Collaborate - Foster collaboration with business stakeholders, design and engineering teams
- Drive using data - Define metrics and measurement strategies for the product and team and own the targets for relevant metrics
Experience/Skills Required
- 2+ years of experience in product management
- Proven track record of data-driven product management leading to strong business impact
- A bachelors or masters degree in engineering or a related discipline
- Ability to prioritize competing features and requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Be able to evangelize and question with the reason
- Attention to detail, appreciation of quality, and desire to build world-class products
- Have a strong bias for action
- Ability and experience in managing junior product managers is a bonus for candidates with higher work experience
