• The role will offer escalated end-user and operational support of PayPal’s collaboration tools.
• The Systems Administrator will act at the Tier-2 level for the end-user support, project support, and basic operational support as well as a conduit to our Tier 3 Administration teams for the Microsoft 365 platform, as well as other instant messaging, whiteboarding, conferencing, and collaboration tools in compliance with defined policies and procedures.
