Job Description

Responsibilities:

• As we continue to build for the future of payments, it is important for us to maintain both a secure and productive environment for our employees to innovate and drive positive experiences in our products and services. As such, we are seeking a Collaboration Support Systems Administrator to join our team.  
• The role will offer escalated end user and operational support of PayPal’s collaboration tools.
• The Systems Administrator will act at the Tier-2 level for end user support, project support and basic operational support as well as a conduit to our Tier 3 Administration teams for the Microsoft 365 platform, as well as other instant messaging, whiteboarding, conferencing and collaboration tools in compliance with defined policies and procedures.
