Your role

Operational support for Payouts and Merchant Onboarding. Identification of the issues and providing resolution post coordinating with different teams.

Expectations/ Requirements:

  • Well-versed with online payments/Payment Gateway(PG), payouts, and operational aspects of Remittance & Payout.
  • Account Management
  • Invoiced Collection Recovery
  • Merchant Onboarding and Go Live operations
  • Troubleshooting for issues, impacting Services and Production Issues
  • Features Addition/Enhancement
  • Technically sound to understand the call flow and debug issues
