Your Role

The Merchant Helpdesk team handles merchant queries and concerns on QR code, EDC, and Sound box-related issues like payment, settlement, device-related issues, etc.

• Build & Design conversational chatbots as per business requirements using Haptic/Fresh chat products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and design conversational workflows that meet business objectives.
• Understand the business logic and translate it into conversational flows.
• Deliver the projects on time by working with internal team members.

Training & Development

• Any Graduation. (BCA/MCA/B. Tech Computer Science will be preferred).
